Tomato? are you sure???

We hadn't thought or heard of Tomato wine but we had wine making in our blood and we stumbled upon 4lb of tomato's so what would you expect us to do with them, eat them????

So, we chopped and boiled up the tomato's and again, once cooled, added the sugar, yeast and nutrient then bottled in the Demijohn.

For some reason, wine was shooting out of the top of the demijohn the next morning so we had to keep the demijohn in the sink until it settled down, not sure why, but lets just say Emma wasnt too please with the mess but onwards and upwards!!!
